Catherine is a senior consultant with a wealth of experience in organizational change management, project management and business analysis. She has been delivering IT solutions to organizations and clients for close to 20 years, with a focus in the social services and healthcare sectors.  In her work, she has a passion for ensuring both organizations and their people are successful in their change initiatives. Catherine’s strengths are in connecting with her clients and understanding the strengths and challenges related to the change initiative, allowing her to quickly establish effective change strategies and plans for success. 

Catherine’s PM and Business Analysis background in implementing case management software solutions for health and social services organizations has given her a unique perspective to the change and communication needs for IT Projects.

Catherine is an experienced speaker on Change Management, Business Analysis and Project Management topics, and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP^TM), holds PROSCI® Certification, and is a member of the Association for Change Management Professionals. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Saint Vincent University, a post-graduate Certificate in International Business from Capilano University, and has completed numerous other professional development programs.
