Tarandeep is a Senior Analyst with more than ten years of experience in information technology, supply chain and manufacturing. Tarandeep holds an Engineering Undergrad and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Sobey School of Business where he was awarded the CMC Atlantic Student Award in 2023.  Further, he is a Certified Scrum Master and co-founded a manufacturing business prior to completing his MBA.

Tarandeep has led multi-disciplinary and distributed teams to success, maximizing productivity and reducing costs through process improvement and data-driven decisions. He has expertise in the software development life cycle, business analysis, solution design and development, and quality management. His diverse experience with multiple industries, communication skills, and lifelong learning helps him collaborate with his clients creating win-win situations.
