Judy is a Senior Consultant with twenty (20) years of progressively responsible experience, in the fields of project management, change management and continuous process improvement. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 practitioner, Judy is accustomed to applying the “right level” of rigor on engagements while balancing stakeholder needs and being sensitive to the changes that projects often bring. Judy is certified in the Prosci ADKAR model and is skilled at integrating process improvement, project management and change management into all of her engagements. Her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt further expands her skills and tool sets for process improvement initiatives.  She has over 13 years’ experience with the Provincial Governments and six years as a consultant working with all levels of stakeholders from font line employees to senior management in public sector organizations, NGO’s, private companies and with governments across Canada.
