Pivot Announces New Associate Partner!

At Pivot, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Doucette to Associate Partner!

Lisa joined the Firm in February 2020, as a Senior Consultant. She has worked on numerous client projects since then, consulting to public-sector clients in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

With a breadth of experience, she brings focused expertise in organizational development and the provision of strategic human resource advice.

Lisa excels at strategic thinking while also bringing practical and real-world government reality to her work. In addition to all that, she is a pleasure to work with and her clients quickly become repeat customers!

Pivot Announces New Associate Partner!

Pivot is pleased to announce that Erin Flaim is the firm’s newest Associate Partner. Erin is the practice lead for Pivot’s Enterprise Change Management service area.

Erin provides strategic change management advice to Pivot’s clients. She is often called on to guide organizations through large scale, enterprise-wide change in addition to supporting organizations in understanding the deep value provided by change management.

Over the past three years with our firm, Erin has grown our client base, expanded our portfolio of change services, and helped build expertise in our team. Always supportive of others and living our values, Erin openly supports others, shares insights and knowledge while also mentoring client change management staff. Erin’s willingness to dive in and help out is undisputed.

Having over 16+ years of experience in supporting leaders and individuals with change initiatives, has led her to have a reputation of dedication, hard work and the ability to navigate through complex change.

Erin is a graduate of Dalhousie University, with a Masters Public Administration (Management). In addition to holding the PROSCI certification in change management, is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and is also the Vice President of the emerging ACMP Atlantic Chapter and, with a pending CCMP designation. We are pleased to have Erin join our leadership team.

Pivot enriches its Project Management practice with New PMI Agile Certification

Pivot Consulting is pleased to congratulate one of our Senior Project Managers, Alan Chilton, for achieving certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), one of several new Agile certifications offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Disciplined Agile is a methodology that recognizes value in the numerous Agile practices in existence, and also recognizes that there is not a “one size fits all” solution. Disciplined Agile is a set of tools that guides project teams to find the best way of working for their unique team or organization. This is a new and emerging practice in Project Management and we are proud of Alan in his accomplishment and in pursuit of this exciting field of project management. Pivot Consultant is the latest Credentialed Evaluator (CE) in the Maritimes

Pivot Consulting Inc. is pleased to recognize that our Associate Partner Greg Lutes has been granted the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES). This designation reflects Greg’s twenty years as a senior policy advisor in provincial government, and his more recent work with several of Pivot’s government clients to serve their program evaluation needs.

Evaluation serves as a practical management tool for reviewing performance of programs and activities. Evaluations produce objective findings and conclusions on program performance, based on data collection and analysis. The information gathered through an evaluation helps improve the design as well as the implementation of upcoming programs and initiatives.

Greg is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society and is a board member of the New Brunswick chapter. He is also a member of the American Evaluation Association.

INTRODUCING LISA DOUCETTE!

With continued steady growth, Pivot Consulting Inc. is pleased to welcome Lisa Doucette as our newest Senior Consultant. “Lisa is a highly talented addition, bringing deep public-sector experience and an ability to serve our clients in both official languages. We are excited to welcome her to the Pivot team” says Senior Partner Steven Parker.

Lisa is a transformational leader with 29 years of Public Sector experience in New Brunswick, including 15 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large programs and projects. Fluently bilingual, Lisa has specialized knowledge in the areas of program design and evaluation, creating collaborative partnerships, strategic leadership, and in leading transformational change within organizations. She brings extensive expertise in Human Resources gained through her experience in leading the development and promotion of innovative corporate human resource initiatives, leadership development, change management, and employee development across the public sector. Lisa looks forward to sharing her experience and fostering strong relationships with Pivot’s clients.
