Fluently bilingual, Lisa has specialized knowledge in the areas of program design and evaluation, creating collaborative partnerships, strategic leadership, leading transformational change within organizations and is a certified PROSCI© Change Management Practitioner.  She brings extensive expertise in Human Resources gained through her experience in leading the development and promotion of innovative corporate human resource initiatives, leadership development, change management, and employee development across the public sector.
