Taylor is an analyst with four years of professional experience implementing and supervising technology design innovation. She excels in critical thinking and problem-solving, identifying key issues and associated risks, and administering effective action plans that meet strict deadlines. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. Her innate passion for human behaviour and talent for solving complex problems led her to join Pivot’s team at the beginning of 2024. Her strong interpersonal skills and deep empathy have enabled her to excel helping people solve problems, which is where her true passion lies.
