Erin Flaim, MPA(M), PROSCI
Erin is a passionate change management professional with over 25 years connecting with and supporting people during times of change. Her diverse experiences leading and supporting numerous organizational change initiatives means she brings a unique perspective of the depth and breadth of challenges faced by organizations today. She leads the firm’s change management practice and, by applying her dedication to public service in a distinctive way, she offers her clients a meaningful experience during their change journey. Erin is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and has PROSCI© change management certification. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Recreation and a Master of Public Administration, MPA (M) degree from Dalhousie University, is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and certified in advanced facilitation. Erin believes strongly in supporting Mental Health and gives back to her community through her volunteer work as Board Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association Halifax-Dartmouth Branch. Prior to joining Pivot, she had a highly successful career in municipal government.
