Greg is a bilingual consultant (English & French) with senior public-sector management experience in provincial government crown corporations, line departments, and central agencies over a twenty-year period. Recent municipal experience includes projects with cities, towns, rural communities, and regional service commissions. He has an M.Sc. in Public Policy & Management and an excellent grasp of provincial, municipal, and non-profit sector consulting needs. Greg is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society and a recognized Credentialed Evaluator (CE).
