Natalie is a highly skilled senior consultant with over 15 years of professional experience, including over 7 years of direct change management experience, primarily in organizational and digital transformation in the public sector. Natalie has designed and managed the execution of the change management portion of numerous change initiatives with a sharp focus on supporting individuals through their respective change journeys in order to achieve project objectives, organizational benefits, elevated customer satisfaction and sustained change. Natalie has a depth of experience providing strategic guidance to executive leadership as well as tactical enterprise change management direction. Natalie has an extensive background in leading the collaboration of varying stakeholder groups through complex and often overlapping change initiatives. 

Natalie has PROSCI^© change management certification and is a PROSCI^© Level 1 Train the Trainer, in addition to being a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Business Process Management Professional. Her specialty lies in her combined application of change management, business process management and Lean principles, creating a comprehensive approach to every project.
