Steven is a Senior Manager and Business Leader with over 30 years’ experience in business and information management and over 20 years’ experience in consulting firm creation, leadership, growth and P&L responsibility.  In addition to undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science, Steven is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant with formal qualifications in Strategy, Operations Management, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology and Marketing.  He also completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law. Steven has extensive experience in public sector, manufacturing and technology and a successful and proven record in governance, strategic planning, and organizational design along with deep knowledge in program/project management, operations, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and evaluation. He was previously President of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Atlantic Canada and was a National Board and Audit Committee Member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. He is currently Board Chair of a large not-for-profit nursing home facility in Northern New Brunswick.
