Pivot is pleased to announce that Erin Flaim is the firm’s newest Associate Partner. Erin is the practice lead for Pivot’s Enterprise Change Management service area.

Erin provides strategic change management advice to Pivot’s clients. She is often called on to guide organizations through large scale, enterprise-wide change in addition to supporting organizations in understanding the deep value provided by change management.
Over the past three years with our firm, Erin has grown our client base, expanded our portfolio of change services, and helped build expertise in our team. Always supportive of others and living our values, Erin openly supports others, shares insights and knowledge while also mentoring client change management staff. Erin’s willingness to dive in and help out is undisputed.
Having over 16+ years of experience in supporting leaders and individuals with change initiatives, has led her to have a reputation of dedication, hard work and the ability to navigate through complex change.
Erin is a graduate of Dalhousie University, with a Masters Public Administration (Management). In addition to holding the PROSCI certification in change management, is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and is also the Vice President of the emerging ACMP Atlantic Chapter and, with a pending CCMP designation. We are pleased to have Erin join our leadership team.
